I don’t have any suggestions at this time for improvement because everyone that I encountered was great to work with and it was a very easy transaction. I highly recommend this place. This was my second experience with this company, and everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExtremely unhappy, they charge the wrong card, trying to get my money back from the one card and put it on the card that they were supposed to put it on. It was a military move and they put it on a personal card instead of the military card not happy at all still waiting for a callback.
Natalie HI would like to say the front desk Ashley, she was so informative and knowledgeable and answered every question we had!! I would highly recommend
FRANK EPinnacle storage provided a clean Uhaul truck & requested equipment. They called the afternoon before to inform us they didn’t have the blankets. I called another location, Wise Auto & they had the blankets. I was told by Pinnacle they sometimes have blankets but was informed that they don’t like to deal with them so they simple tell customers they don’t have them. That’s a disservice to customers & a lack of good customer service.
CAROL KThe truck leaked during heavy rain. It soaked a brand new couch.
