Nothing, the desk clerk was really clean cut, respectable, and knowledgeable. He pretty much knew what it was going to cost. Very well handled.

David HIn person check in was perfect.
JEFFREY HI am not sure who would be the at fault... not blaming Floor, Doors and More as the the driver side light issue was not there fault. When I stopped 5 minutes after pick-up to re-check all the lights and hook-up it failed. I cleaned the pins, re-confirmed everything and only it was failing. The light itself is out as it would not work with brakes, hazards or headlight test.
Wade JThe location was clean and nice, the gentleman that assisted us was also very nice. The van itself had not been cleaned in quite some time. Very dirty, there was a bit of trash as well as ashes from whomever smoked in it prior. I did go back into the building after smelling the smoke in the van, but no one came to the desk for a few minutes so I left. We actually wiped down the entire dash just so that it didn’t feel so dirty. I know that rental vans are not going to be clean as your own vehicle however we is renters are paying a cleaning fee, which is obviously not being done on a regular basis I had to purchase air fresheners to mask the smell of smoke.
