Everything was smooth and easy and the lady at the front desk at the Franklin road location was very sweet and professional. Will definetly be using this location from now on!

GUSTAVO MEverything was good. The truck was there along with the utility dolly. The furniture pads that we ordered were not, however. And that wasn’t disclosed in the initial order. I suggest notifying customers when those things aren’t available at pickup location.
