Kiesha SThe vehicle was in good condition. The app for checking and out doesn't work well. I would NOT suggest anyone to use the mobile app. The cost is too much for what I needed as well. I needed the van for a few hours and it cost me as much as if I'd kept it for a day. $80 for a few hours is too much.
