This wasn't the pickup location. The pickup location was 641 S. 12th St., Murray Kentucky. Even though I was informed that the pickup location was SR 121S when I called the morning before I was to pick up my truck. I'm very happy with the service that I received from phone representatives at U-Haul. Because of the representative telling me that pickup location was SR121S on the morning of my pickup. I drove up and down SR121S for no reason wasting time and gas. I finally decided to go to the U-Haul on S.12th St. where my reservation was the whole time. Again, I'm very unhappy with the the phone representatives. The gentleman at the 12th St location was friendly and made everything right.

DONALD BMax's is my go-to for UHaul trailers in Murray. All the guys are friendly and respectful. This time around, I needed a trailer on super short notice and not only were they able to get me one but checked with me to see which type of door I preferred. I also needed to extend my reservation an extra day and was able to simply call and extend it to the next morning. They always provide excellent customer service. With all the things I stress out about regarding all the trips I take, the Uhaul is never one of them thanks to Max's!
