When I was ready to drop my trailer off I called Uhaul and was directed to drop it off at ETC in Pawleys Island. When I got there the man in charge was rude and said he would not let me drop it off. He did not try to help me find another location and I would highly recommend that you drop him from your service points. I had to call Uhaul and wait to find another dropoff location. They directed me to Low Country Tops in Murrells Inlet. I went there and the door was locked (even though the sign said Open) No one was there to help me in any way so I had to lift the trailer off of my hitch by myself. I called Uhaul and was told I would get a credit which I have not seen. I am going to be renting a trailer and a truck in a few weeks. If I don't see a credit I will be looking at other alternatives. Location seems to always be closed. Phone just rings and then asks you to enter remote access code, whatever that is. After 2 days, they still haven't acknowledged that we returned truck. Do they really exist? No way to run a business!

Nobody is at the facility on a regular basis to talk to or to do returns. Need to make it easier to speak to someone even if by cell phone. Had to leave messages but nobody calls you back?

Would recommend for drop off only. Not clear on return process since no personnel onsite and is by appointment only.

During this pandemic the truck should not have garbage and cigarettes in it at pick up. The truck was not clean and if I did not have hired movers waiting I would not have used it. I expect a refund as it was not full of gas either. Worst U-Haul experience!

The woman was very nice, but did not do any of the transaction correctly despite visiting twice and providing her with the information twice because she did not have it from the first time. She also entered the wrong state for the drop off location, which had they not called me to confirm, I would not have known.

Know what you're talking about. I was told I would receive my cash back on delivery. The woman in Murrell's had no idea what the Clayton location was taking about. Then James ( Clayton) said I'd get it back in the mail in 3 days. That was a week ago. Plus the Garner nc location lost my reservation and could care less that they did.

The I haul somehow burnt a mattress in the inside. This mattress could have caught on fire. They had a blow out on one of the tires We are waiting to have the mattress replaced. The mattress could have caught on fire very easily. You could see inside the truck was also burnt. Dustine took pictures and so did my son in law.
