It was terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up the truck because no one would answer the phone!!!

Rude, did not have equipment requested. I had to dig moving blankets out of a filthy shed as they were all wadded up on the floor and staff would not load them.
William TI ordered a 20 foot U-Haul and it was not there when I arrived to pick it up. I was upgraded to a 26 foot, but the miscommunication and confusion was annoying. If I could do it again I would rent from a U-Haul facility.
Joesph HThe site was a gas station. The clerk stated the trailer was across the street and I can go and hook it up, everything was ‘on line” and they were not required to assist with the hook up. I stated that I could not pick it up myself and they stated I should call someone to help me as they were not required to help. I left and contacted U-haul via phone to state that I needed another location to get a trailer with on- site assistance available. After 15 minutes on the phone, the contact came back to me and said there weee no other sites available in the area with a trailer but they-haul Reguonal Manager would be calling me back shortly. Jeromy Brown called and said he was on his way to assist with the hookup. He was very courteous and connected the trailer for we and made sure everything was operating properly. He stated that the site was required to assist with hookup’s and he had contacted the owner. I stated that I would report this service to U-haul of my experience and would also mention his courtesy actions.
David WThe back of the truck was full of moving blankets, a dolly, pillows, bedding and personal effects of another renter. We left everything in the truck when we returned it. There was only a half a tank of gas. The check engine light was on, which was concerning, but we did not break down.
