Very rude and when I asked where I needed to park the truck, all I was told was, "we don't care just put it anywhere" and drop the keys in the drop box. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was a gas station parking lot, that was very crowded. And I had no clue where to put it and was worried someone would hit it and I would be responsible. The employee never even came outside the building or tried to assist.

i had to hookup the trailer by myself, he never came out, just told me which one to get, never saw him, a half ass location, he was supposed to come out and hook it up and take pictures, there again, a half ass operation

David Lyour uhaul app really needs to be reworked because it crashes really bad.
