*please note my complaint is about U HAUL* not any of the staff at the pickup or drop off locations in either Whitby or Nanaimo Annika is amazing to deal with and someone needs to give that girl a) a massive raise for all the b.s. she deals with or b) 6 months off paid. ****** garbagae customer service Other than from one helpful and lovely being Annika at the drop off location in Nanaimo. Shout out to her for being nothing but friendly, efficient, amazing and helpful. ******

Kevin HWe had difficulty getting the pick up as we had to use the app since the location was still closed at the time. It took over an hour and the service there was spotty, probably why I was having so much difficulty. When asking for the drop off location, it did not show any locations available to drop off in the area where we were moving to. We would have had to go over an hour out of our way when they provided the nearest location available. A representative did end up calling me during my time trying to get the truck and she was super helpful and understanding. I mentioned last year when we also moved that it was a dreadful experience as well. Again, we were hoping this would go off smoothly this time but it didn't and it was a long day of moving.
