One small thing--the drop box for keys is kind of hidden in a drive through area. I parked off to the side when the offices were closed on a Sunday and didn't see the drop box and had to come back the next day to turn in keys. Maybe a sign by the glass doors showing the location of the drop box would be helfpul.
