Little to no service to be able to use mobile pick up efficiently. The owner of the establishment was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

There is no cell phone reception in the area. So I had to drive down the road to call to drop off the trailer. I got back and he was very helpful.

Anurag PThis is a remote drop off, which requires you to check it in on line. One problem with that. They are in a location with little to no cell phone service. The lady who showed up when the neighbor called her told me she could check it in later, buty understanding is that a few is charged if you do that. I wonder how many people have been scammed out of their money by this? Uhaul needs to do better at making sure if it is a remote return location that it has cell service available or a way to connect to their Internet or something. This whole experience was bad from beginning to end, although the puck up location wasn't at fault.
