Robert WI was very disappointed as I had to drive 40 minutes to go pick up truck from a different location caz you didn't have one in Lincoln Nebraska. That should be part of your service ensureing there is a truck that was ordered in that town. Not the customer s problem to go pick it up ,40 miles away and the drive it back ,40 miles to have it available for their move!
Ronda SThe pickup process took too long. It took me about an hour to get through. It would help to receive a phone call BEFORE the pickup. I was told I would receive one but never did. That would have been helpful.
