The instructions on the trailer on how to make sure that the tongue is correctly attached to the ball of the trailer hitch need to be clearer or put a traditional tongue on the trailer

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFast and super nice lady!
Terry qRepresentative was VERY helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, caring and had a sense of humor to boot!
Rick LThe one improvement area would be to make it clear you can’t pick up or return from the area where the truck is parked. You need to be at the building for the GPS to know you’re at the correct location. This resulted in pick up and drop off taking longer than it should have. Otherwise great!
JEREMY OIt was strange that for not using furniture pads and returning the uhaul and day early, that there was no refund for either. Other than that, the rental was fine.
