They said the truck full of gas and it wasn't He said there mileage charge after 30 km then he charged for mileage. We took the truck for two hours to pick up a mattress.

The only thing I could note for improvement was that I could not easily find the drop box location. I would recommend making it clearer in the messages where the drop box is. Other than that the experience was very easy and will for sure use again.

Margaret SThese comments aren't about Purestream, per se, but more about our overall U-Haul booking process. We ordered a truck and appliance dolly online. All good. We called a few days ahead to make sure all was ok - told there wasn't an appliance dolly at the location but call back the day before pickup. Called back and still no dolly. Called the main UHaul number and again, while sympathetic, had no solution other than for us to drive all over to another pickup location that had both truck and dolly. So, main issue is that the COMPANY was making this a "me" problem rather than ensuring the items I ordered were available at the pickup site I required. It took my spouse to figure out to pick up the dolly in our town Uhaul and bring it with us to Ottawa....but again, we really shouldn't have had to do that. UHaul, figure out how to get the trucks and items from one spot to another if you're going to allow the pre-ordering on the website.
