Unfortunately, since I was not assigned a return Uhaul location, the first 3 locations I called, declined the return of my trailer. The Wildwood store told me if I returned the trailer the next day, they would charge me extra and then hung up. I had to drive 40 mins out of my way to return the trailer. One of the most difficult days of my life.

Give your employee Brenn a raise or a promotion. The 17 year old kid was very impressive. Went above and beyond to troubleshoot my signal issue. It was very refreshing to see a young man know so much about what normally is just a job for other Young adults.. You can tell that he was well trained and paid attention and has taken upon himself to learn as much as possible about his job. He was able to figure out something that several adults did not!

Not Happy. I specifically rented an auto transport for a golf cart. The lady stated that it would work just fine for a golf cart. SHE LIED.... I rented it, brought the trailer to the place where I purchased the golf cart and in NO WAY did the golf cart fit on the trailer. It did not work. I was unable to use the car Trailer. GOLF CART DO NOT FIT ON CAR TRAILERS. She did not offer any other solutions. Now I have to rent another trailer from another Uhaul dealer to get my golf cart home. Not happy with losing my money on a trailer I could not use

The mobile sign up process was more difficult than expected. The secondary contact information required was very strange as I was making a move by myself so no real contact. Had to just put in a friends name and hope they pick up the call
