Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMultiple doors. Wasn't sure which door was to main office. I couldn't get app to take truck condition photos to work. Staff extremely nice and helpful.
Robbie RCrystal was awesome! She was very helpful and the place was spotless.
DONALDALTON STo let a customer know about the online pick up and drop off at this location if they book on a Sunday . Make it easier to get your U-Haul pick up online if you can’t download the app
Haley TRental agent was away when I arrived. I had to call to get her to come back. The 10' truck felt used up. It ran OK but was sluggish and loud. It was flashing the tire symbol and 'service tire monitor now' when I brought it back. The air conditioning only worked on MAX and only sometimes. Nothing worked at lower speeds. ALL Trucks should have Cruise Control!!!!
