It was a drop off location only. We couldn’t find an address sign to make sure this was the place. It only had a drop off key box.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’m so irritated with this drop off. 14 days to check it in??!! Ridiculous and then charge me for gas?? I put gas in it AND took a picture. The guy on the phone that I talked to was at another location and told me to leave the truck and put keys in orange box which I did. He said he would check it in THAT DAY … he did not. Then I get an email stating equipment wasn’t returned… spoke with someone at U-Haul and she said because it was a Friday it would be checked in Monday and not to worry about it. I assumed everything was ok and then yesterday I get an email stating it was checked in.. 14 days later and charged my card for gas. I am very pissed off.
VICTORIA RThe people before us did not fill the gas. And when it was time to take pictures of everything getting the truck and that crashed.
Brianna Wactually show up at the location - location was a parking lot to an apartment complex and no representative was available nor obvious. pretty sketchy neighborhood.
Jean GPlace is poorly lit and the address is incorrect in Google maps..definitely will not go to this location again..drove 8 miles out of my way where there was a better location near home Depot on constitution boulevard
