I'm so happy that this location had a rental available to me on short notice. Associate that helps me was kind when we arrived. But a totally different person when we dropped off, and even accused us of hitting his car. It also looked like we were the first people to sweep out the back of the truck in months. And the thing is coated from front to end in concrete.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was dirty inside. I have been charged for 50 miles when it should only be 33 miles and I filled gas in truck. I am owed $21.93 and I like to be reimbursed. I will not recommend anyone if they are not going to be honest with their customers.
Terrie WYou gave me one address then gave me another. When I got there we were to have a lift for the truck that wasn't provided. I had to get a credit for the distance between the two locations and a credit for the missing lift. Really stressed us out on moving day.
Christopher ZJust keep doing what you're doing!! Thank you for your help!!
MELINDA STrucks park in the mud. The truck needs replacement wiper blades. The staff were easy to work with.
