This was not an issue with the location but with U-Haul. We had to drive almost 2 hours out of it way to get a truck due to an availability issue. Then to be charged for extra miles at the end was just terrible. Will not use U-Haul moving forward. We let representatives know about this but resolution was not provided.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisself serve
Darrin SThe Wilson Auction part of the move was stellar. Everyone went above and beyond to get me on the road and then checked back in. The U-Haul part of the move was trying (and I'm being kind, believe me). There is little to no cell service in New Harmony, and I didn't know that I had to have the app on my phone to access the rental truck or to turn it back in. Not everyone lives in urban areas with ample cell service. A little information ahead of time would have gone a long way. There should always be an option to interface with a human being. Do better.
TINA SThe drop off location was just blocks from my new house. It was so easy, the staff were very helpful. Thank you
CRISTIANA FThis was not the location I chose. A location further away was chosen for me, so I ended up going over my allotted miles. I ordered moving pads, a utility dolly, and an appliance dolly. All I got was the appliance dolly. William Wilson Auction House was great, they removed the things I didn't get from my order. Uhaul itself sucks.
