Called early in the morning to find out if I had left a garage remote inside truck. I had to call 3 times for an agent to say there was nothing inside when I even told them where to find it. Promised a call back to explain overcharges. No one ever called back. Returned vehicle at 6:34 pm took picture according to general line I did not returned online the vehicle. I was told at the facility just to drop the keys as I did not have to do anything else. Misleading information provided. Take advantage as there are not many rental trucks around.ADAMINA R.
Vehicle was not in good condition. The worst thing was the left light didn't even work, very risky to drive at night, no back camera, the mirror was misaligned and could not align as it was jammed and the sunshade was broken. The good thing about this place was the representative helped me search another vehicle with back camera at various other locations but no luck and he helped me to fix the mirror.ABHISHEK K.

I returned the truck 2 1/2 hours after I picked it up but, it was not checked in until the next day. The truck smelled terribly of marijuana. If it were not for me needing the truck for an emergency move I would have refused it and rented from another location.David C.
