Lot was small and was unclear where to park. Would probably be extremely hard to return after hours. Owners were very nice and helpful.

There was no dropbox for the key. I called Uhaul and they also couldn't locate a key dropoff. I asked if I could change the dropoff location but the representative said I couldn't since I already check out on the app prior to discovering there was no drop box. I had to return in the morning to drop off the key since there was no secure location to leave it. This was extremely inconvenient, on a moving day no less.

MIchele TMy rental was transferred to a body shop. The rental smelled of cigarettes and the exterior was filthy with the entire front of the rental from bumper to windshield to cargo area covered with dead bugs. I've rented several UHaul trucks and this was the dirtiest I've ever rented.
Sabino LGet the starting mileage correct, I was over charged $67 for stating I drove 66 miles over the 53 mile limit when I only drove 55 miles total.
