The system to pick up the unit wasn't responsive and was very slow as well said I was not at the location when I was the whole check in process with slow and wasted a hour of our time trying to check in and deal with customer service next time we rent we will rent from a place where there's a person there.

reserved at Waupaca, Wi. had to travel to new London, wi. Waupaca had a dozen 26ft trucks in the parking lot. uhaul just wanted me to ferry the truck to stevens point, Wi area. not happy i had to drive an extra 1.5 extra hours to get the truck vs picking it up in waupaca, wi, 8 minutes away from my moving location. tmgc was great, the guy was friendly and helped me out.
