It was clear that someone had lived or stayed in the vehicle. It smelled of urine and marijuana. There were dirty discarded socks and food. The moving blanket was not in provided bag and was urine soaked. Completely unsanitary conditions that will be reported.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck is older and runs well. The staff were friendly and pleasant. My issue is the truck (at first sight looked clean, but no one actually inspected the inside of the storage area. When I got to my location and got inside the storage area, I realized someone urinated inside. I had to clean the truck before I could use it. So, it was disappointing, but worked out in the end.
David DIf your customer has paid and is on time for the pick up, you should ensure that you have a U-Haul available for them. It is not professional to send them to a different location out of their way, and not even be given a discount or any consideration.
Stephen Beverything went well.
