Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBest service I got from u haul, no complaints, Thanks
Muhammad TPerson was late opening store by 15-20 min so there were 3 people waiting when he opened, he was not real helpful, when i tried uploading requested pictures. I gave up and took pics for my self, he did not even walk around truck with me to see if any dents etc on van when i picked the truck up. Parking area for trucks was no easy to leave/return truck to. When returning truck around 330 PM door to office was locked, waited about 5-10 min then he pops out of mechanic shop adjacent to u-haul office. When I was online trying to reserve a truck, the Sunoco station on s mail street. Newark De was not one of places I could pick up a truck, yet when i drove by it 5 min later then again the next am there were 4-5 trucks the size i wanted to rent. I had to drive 2-3 extra miles to get truck and the domino station is a better locaction and has better parking etc
Brian HWhen I returned the truck at 1:30 pm no one was there and the door locked . There were 2 customers wanting to pick up a truck outside and left
