Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged for a furniture moving cart and there wasn't one on the truck.
Nicole KThe tail lights did not work. I was pulled over by the police and informed of this late at night. We were allowed to continue using hazards lights.
Bill MI can’t think of anything.
Paul DThe people were friendly and doing their best, but there was some difficulty getting the online check-in system to work. They had to photograph my ID four times before it "took". Also, we rented 6 moving blankets, but they were initially not provided; we almost drove off without them but remembered in time and asked for them. They quickly provided the blankets, but the thing is, we shouldn't have needed to ask, the blanket rental was on the reservation, they should have provided what we rented without needing to be reminded.
