Fast in and out
Mitchell HA bit confusing, would prefer a location where there is someone to assist. The location was changed last minute to a much further one from UHaul, which I was not happy about. We managed though, just let customers know they may be picking up from a random lot and have to follow multiple directions through the app.
Nicole FI had to pay 155 upfront. Online the truck said 29.00 and I added the 15.00 coverage fee… how in the hell it got to 155 and they did not provide a hand truck. One had to be rented per customer service and there were none to rent!!! Strongly do not recommend!
