This was the second drop off place I was given. The first was a car lot that had no employees and was not open. I went after 10 am and waited 30-40 minutes. When no one showed, I called uhaul and was sent to a better location.

I turned my truck in on a Sunday after the location closed. I tried to use the internet site recommended and was unable to use it so just used the key drop off. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Good job on sending me email on Monday to inform me of receipt of the truck.

The outside of the vehicle was filthy. The inside was clean except for the windshield which was filthy. U-Haul, not this site, made this an unpleasant experience. I used the U-Haul app to make the reservation. I reserved for the Greison Trail, Newnan site. When I completed the reservation (Sunday) the app had me picking up in Stockbridge. I sent a text to the Greison Trail rep to ask for help but had no response. On Monday the app had my pickup site changed to Greison Trail. (Still no word from this mgr.) I arrived at Greison Trail only to be told by the mgr there that I did not have a truck there. I looked at the app and the app had me at Hwy 35 site. My fire took me to the Jefferson St. site to see if they had a truck and could I have the reservation transferred there. They had two trucks but stated their trucks were for local only. The manager stated I had to go to Hwy 34 site but he was kind enough to add 50 miles to my mileage in order to compensate for my extra travel. My tide had left for a doctor appt. thereby causing me to Lyft to the next site costing me $10.32. At the Hwy 34 site I explained to them what all had transpired and they allowed me to use my ordered pads for free. When I was brought the vehicle the outside was filthy. Bugs all over the front and smeared down the sides. Okay, I was using the inside so no big deal, but not, I thought U-Haul’s standards. When driving off it was difficult to see through the windshield because of the filth on the inside of the windshield. I had to stop at a gas station to squeegee both the outside and inside of the windshield. A this happened after my ride (my mother-in-law, no, we did not ride a broom, she is a great mother-in-law!) has ridden from where we moved to, a 4.5 hour ride in order to pick the truck up by 1:00 so I could gather my last load and return the 4.5 hour drive. Each mgr was very nice, the dirty truck and not having correct info made the day very tough......

I should not have to bring my own hitch adapter when renting a trailer. I also should not have to purchase an electrical adapter for the trailer lighting when I own one of the most common SUVs(Tahoe) on the market. I will do everything I can to avoid u-haul moving forward.

Everyone at the Sharpsburg Uhaul location was great to deal with. The online reservation experience could use improvement; Uhaul tried to route me to a different location, and different equipment. inconvenient for me and for the folks at the wrong location.

Very difficult to find the key drop at the end of the night, also the first time I entered my mileage (and I am 90% sure I entered it right) it said I owed $29,000 which nearly gave me a heart attack! Other than that the customer rep was great, the van was great and things went smoothly!

I have to say, after this whole week of moving my mother out of her five bedroom home, this U-Haul in Newnan has been the best. They were so accommodating to all of the many changes we made through this process. They helped with comparing prices on trucks down to these three U-Box storage units are not big enough. Without this team here in Newnan, I don’t think we would have made it. Thank you all. Typically I don’t do surveys, but I wanted to share how special they made my family and I feel through this move. Thank you all.

The truck needs replacing. The brakes were bad and could be dangerous. We were charged an extra day because we were 36 minutes late. We waited in the parking lot before it was checked in so that could have been that extra time. I will be disputing the charge as when I called the attendant basically didn't care whether I was unhappy or not. I have an equipment rental store and we would never charge for that short of time over. Please call me at 770-560-5293 if need be. I am going to dispute the extra charges on my card if not taken off.

Tried the self-check-in using the phone. The van was not located where it said it would be. Not even in the same vicinity, so had to walk to the other side to locate the van. The check-in process was smooth until the ID verification step. Had to resubmit a selfie a couple of times and was told not able to verify. A chat mssg came up and responded to see what else I could do to check in online to no response. Luckily the office was still open so I was able to go to the counter but the whole purpose of the self-check-in was to not have to go to the counter. The gentleman at the counter, however, was very pleasant and made the process quick and easy.

Trailer lights wouldn't work. Called roadside assistance and they could get out for an hour and a half. Drove to TN anyway. I called a u-haul center in Hendersonville to get the lights fixed. They told me to bring it in and they could fix it. Drove out of my way, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I would just have to drive it. This issue cost me an hour of time before I left and an additional hour to try to get it fixed. Nothing was done. UGH!!!!
