The location itself was acceptable. However, I had not requested to pick up the truck here. I was informed by phone the day before my reservation that my original pickup location had been changed because the truck was allegedly stolen. This last-minute change was inconvenient and disrupted my moving plans since I live in St catharines.

Olaitan OThe gentleman that ran this location was excellent! Very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. He helped us with reserving the same truck for the next day as we underestimated the move! I would highly recommend him again!!
