Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis20 miles and in a totally different city from where I made my original reservation absolutely ridiculous that the only available truck. What is the point of making a reservation a month ago if yall do not have truck I need where I need it?? No one informed me u til I was 10 min out from original pick up location and hen I called to triple confirm and I find out I have to drive 120 min out of my way. You all really screwed me on the job I was on and I’m absolutely livid. Will be canceling any future reservations w this company and will be leaving terrible reviews
KATHERN RIt was okay. The app check in was a little confusing but it worked well. But the worker I returned the truck to was basically unfriendly. A smile and a thank you would not go amiss.
Robert FGenuinely concerned for my safety driving the uhaul. I opted out of filing up the tank prior to return and paid an obnoxious amount for them to refill purely because I didn’t feel comfortable in the truck any longer than absolutely necessary. I’ve rented uhauls before, and they are all a little questionable. But this one was by far the worst.
maggie jThe truck wasn’t very clean. The cup holders had all kinds of sticky stuff in them. Gross.
