The people are friendly and very helpful. They helped me hooking on the trailer which is a first. No other location ever did that for me. I am capable of doing it myself, but this is an extra step of service which I did not expect.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe rental was dropped after hours, so no staff available, but the key drop-off mail box was convenient. I would recommend as a drop-off location because of its location
Ken BI got there at 10:30 AM when they supposed to open at 10 AM on Sunday September 20 th 20206 , got there and the place was closed and no one was there , i called the (825-*******) Number the guy answer let me check maybe the person went to get a coffee , 15 minutes later he came half sleep ,yawning and sleep, he had a hard time processing the pickup and then he got its to work after 20 minutes waiting, hooked up the trailer and I asked about using the washroom , he respond with i already locked the door , just do it behind the trucks parked at the dealership. The place is very dirty and sketchy and creepy. Very bad experience and very disappointed with U-Haul.
Aws AIt was a quick drop off not much interaction with staff so cannot really rate it. It seemed okay.
