The problem not only was that the employee didn't know how to give me my rental. They arrived late then her not knowing how to finalize my rental I ended up being the one to take thw photos and then checking my self out on the app. I could have done this 2 hours earlier and not been ao behind with my move from Atlanta to Florida so because of this mistake they made it pushed my move back a total of 4 hours and also the truck was not cleaned which it had ants in the tuck in the back and inside the cab. The manager gave me a compensation of only $150 for my inconvenience. I understand the intention but this company need to understand that customers are not on thier time. We have alot of things to do like move which is a great deal in a life changing shift. Then for them to make you late and make this process so inconvenient is incredible. Also if you gave a dealer taking care of your customers make sure they are capable of fulfilling your customers or thier needs. Very unprofessional.
