Be there. I showed up on time and nobody was at the location. I had to call someone and complete the rental over the phone. Very poor customer service.
John HMy wife and daughter were alone on this trip to Dallas. While on this trip , on I-35 the vehicle began fish tailing severely, and they were barely able to get it under control and pull over on a very busy highway. Upon investigation the trailer had come unhooked from the ball and only the chains prevented a disaster. U-Haul attached this trailer to the vehicle. Attempted calls to the manager of the rented trailer were unsuccessful. This is a very serious concern.

MARK WI called my drop off location.They stated they were open monday through saturday. After arriving a note on the wall stated , they are closed all saturdays. Is it too much to ask to change your voicemail to close on Saturdays?I don't think so.
