I booked U-haul and select the pick up time at 9am. The u haul staff was late and came around 9.10am and I got my U haul by around 9.20am. I didn’t promise my time with my appointments because of this reason. And also the staff took the customer who came after me first and then only he served me. So unhappy in the services.
