Got call the day before pickup saying original place was closed and didn’t have desired trailer at 12:20pm. I was at work. The only place that had the trailer was an extra hour away and closes at 2pm. Absolutely pathetic! Asked if Norfolk had one and was told no. Our daughter lives several blocks from that place and they DID have one and it is still sitting there????? Then was told it would be 140 plus tax on the phone and the bill was 190????? This is poor business!!
