We were charged $45 for safe-move which we didn't know anything about. Also, we are a non-profit 501c3 organization that doesn't pay sales tax. We should be refunded these amounts.

Dropped truck off have no phone service there to check it in Was told have to do it all online but I can take the key Called Uhaul when I got home said they would take care of it two days later I called again Finally after 3 days the truck got checked in!
William MEmployee did not know how to process or work checkout tablet (iPad). Checkout of the truck took nearly 45 minutes. Employee had to call another employee and try to have them walk through the checkout on the phone. This was done while also trying to check other people out at the gas station line. The internet was slow and the tablet took forever to load some of the pages. I had paid help with me so I wasted just over an hour by the time I got on the road. We were set to meet at a business at a specific time to move equipment and we were late at the expense of taking forever to get the truck. Probably the top of my list for worst UHaul experience ever.
Justin PThe area this is located has very poor cellphone reception which made it extremely difficult to check in by phone to pick up vehicle! Customer service was absolutely no help in the process. The business itself went above and beyond off the click to help me. It took 2 hours of my moving time to even get the vehicle.
