Employee did not know how to process or work checkout tablet (iPad). Checkout of the truck took nearly 45 minutes. Employee had to call another employee and try to have them walk through the checkout on the phone. This was done while also trying to check other people out at the gas station line. The internet was slow and the tablet took forever to load some of the pages. I had paid help with me so I wasted just over an hour by the time I got on the road. We were set to meet at a business at a specific time to move equipment and we were late at the expense of taking forever to get the truck. Probably the top of my list for worst UHaul experience ever.

The area this is located has very poor cellphone reception which made it extremely difficult to check in by phone to pick up vehicle! Customer service was absolutely no help in the process. The business itself went above and beyond off the click to help me. It took 2 hours of my moving time to even get the vehicle.

Mark YThe truck smelled like manure, i had the hardest time receiving and returning the vehicle due to connectivity issues and the app not working correctly. I had to run back and forth from the McDonald’s WiFi to the truck in order to check it out and return it, and the app wouldn’t tell me when I fully completed the return process so I had to call and confirm that it was returned properly.
