Had to wait through 2 oil changes before I was able to be serviced. Owner did not have any appliance dollies or a dolly . , But I was charged for both.

NORMAN WWent to return u haul.something was not working on his phone.told me I had to call my bank so I did and it was not at my end.while waiting after telling him it was not at my end.he continued to go back to his garage and mount tires.so I decided to call u haul my self the representative very helpful got the haul returned.the guy at location never came back out of garage until about 20 minutes later.told him on was getting it taken care of.
