Have rented close if not more than 100 times in the past few years and you make me run through hoops to get anything done every time. NOTHING HAS CHANGED except for my age. Also very expensive now and a lot of the time your locations try to rip me off for gas...Terrible across the board EXCEPT for the manager of this Storage location. Only one helpful. NO ONE ON YOUR TEAM did anything except read from a script. They even told me I was NOT allowed to leave the truck at MY STORAGE facility after I checked in.

ZACHARY DThe online process is confusing, complicated and cumbersome. It was not clear that the key was accessed by a code to a lock box @ the location. When that was clarified, I opened the box and the WRONG key was in the box and it did not work with the vehicle I rented. Fortunately staff (AJ) at the location was able to find the key in the OTHER lock box and get me on my way.
Maisha RI made my truck reservation over the phone, and when I arrived at the location for pick-up, the online platform wasn’t working properly — I couldn’t enter the expiration year of my driver’s license or my birth year. I tried calling customer support, but no one seemed to understand what was happening. Later, I received a call from U-Haul saying the issue had been fixed, but to my surprise, when I continued with the check-in, they had changed my pick-up location without notifying me. I had to cancel everything and make a new reservation through the app, which made me lose almost two hours of my moving time. Although the truck itself worked fine, it was disappointing to start the process this way. It was my first time renting with U-Haul, and honestly, I would rate my experience 4 out of 10.
