I was very happy with the dealer, but I was less happy with uhaul.com and the app. The web page let me select a pickup location that didn't have any of the vehicles I needed, so I was called and made to change the pickup location. Then I was asked to use the app to pickup the vehicle, but I didn't get any instruction on how that would actually happen. The local dealer sorted me out.
Donald DThe dual axle 12' trailer I rented is missing a jack stand requiring the customer to physically lift the tongue of the trailer off the ball to decouple. I've had shoulder pain ever since lifting the trailer to drop it off. They knew it was missing, they knew it was necessary, but have not replaced it and I get to suffer the consequence.

GARY KThe person we dealt with was late for our reservation, working another job on a headset while we were there waiting for the process to finish, didn’t look at our equipment until he had left and we had to call back to get them, and the two furniture dolly’s provided were different heights so therefore we could only use one to move furniture which was a disaster. Very unfortunate experience here.
