The uhaul truck inside the cab was not clean. The front window inside was filthy, had to clean it my self in order to safely drive down the road. Every time I turned on the air conditioner I was over whelmed with the smell of smoke.

After arriving to the storage unit office I was told the reservation we had was not in their system and they don't have any 10 X 20 X 10 units available and that they would have to put us in two different units that where on opposite side of the office so needless to say I definitely am not a happy customer.

My trailer was already paid for in advance so, it was super easy to get in and get out with trailer. When I called to reserve the trailer, I told the guy I was hauling a golf cart but he had me scheduled for a car hauler, which would not work so, we were upgraded to the enclosed flat trailer no problem.

Attendant was not very helpful. Wanted to charge me $18 fuel charge. I took the truck and put 1 gallon in it, then she was happy. This is the second place I tried to return the truck. The first place didn't accept any more returns because of a lack of space. So the attendant wanted to charge me for trying to return to the wrong location. Returning was definitely not a good experience

Their in-person service was fine and I appreciated that they were open Sunday. However, it's frustrating that they never answer their phone and it forwards to national.

Contact information was incorrect and I revived emails and text messages for a truck I never rented. This uhaul location somehow mixed up my account information with someone else who really rented a truck so I received all updates and information on my phone and email. All because they put in my phone number instead of the real person who rented the truck. They should have verified info and seen the name was different. It scared me because I thought somehow my credit /name would become compromised. When I called customer service they were very friendly and helpful but it was a busy day for me and I was on the phone for 15 min to try to correct this situation which was unnecessary.

The store in North Port was very helpful. We left a sweatshirt in the truck and two staff members searched for the truck and for the sweatshirt. Very grateful that they went above and beyond the call of duty. The sweatshirt meant a lot, so thank you for having great staff

I go to this location 2 to3 times a month E Ever since the beginning of the year the customer service has been absolutely horrible the people that work there are about as smooth brain as they come every time I go there the process takes longer and longer and for some reason becomes more expensive and expensive I always end up getting charged more than what was agreed upon always have to call customer service to resolve it it's getting to the point where I am done I made too many complaints I'm just gonna go somewhere else

Jami dropped the ball in customer service. I called ahead to make sure returning the truck early was going to be OK so that we didn't drive the hour and find that their lot was full for instance. They never answered the phone. I was re-routed to a call center, which said it was fine. When we arrived, she was flustered when another truck pulled up (commenting on how it was always the case of everyone showing up at the same time). Turns out the 2nd truck was just bringing stuff to unload in their storage unit. She never had us sign any papers or gave us any release papers, so I took a photo of the truck, indicating to my husband, we had no proof that we returned the truck. She did say that she would later email us a document. The email I received was an invoice for $56.80. No where on the invoice did it tell me what the charge was for. There was no indication that there would be any further charges to the paid in full original contract. I called their facility and was re-routed to customer service. One HOUR, one minute later, I finally had an answer. She had charged for an extra day. The thing is, our contract stated Due Date/Time 5/15/2021 11:00AM. We returned the truck 5/13/2021 1:46pm (per time stamp on the photo). I was told it was supposed to be returned by 11:00AM. I pointed out that it was returned 2 days early as per the contract. I was told I would receive a response from a manager with the resolution decision. I did receive an email saying the charge would be refunded. The sad thing is, Jami charged me basically $57 for returning the truck early, in better condition than when we rented it and with an extra half-tank of fuel in it. I lost an hour of valuable post-move time in order to get this mistake resolved. Not happy.
