The links for before and after trip had issues. The inside of the cab was sticky. The staff seemed to unable to assist if there was an issue with the links.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was fine but the automatic check out with the phone system was less than adequate and with no human available and the online agent not helpful it made checking out difficult. The truck and rental went as needed and was great and cost effective, but go to the main rental location one block away on Main Street. The parking was also very tight and difficult to manage. The online checkin service worked eventually but could have been much better.
Ian GThe lady at the front desk was not helpful. I ended up calling the 1800 number.
Franco MI asked to have my bill reviewed and they charged me anyway. Truck didn’t include utility or furniture dolly and was charged for both anyways. Disappointing
Ryan DGreat option to do a you day move
