The location was OK, but it was raining and the trailer was both dirty and the right tire extremely low tire pressure, both things not discovered until I had towed the trailer home. My biggest complaint and why this was my last time renting with U-Haul was that, even though I'd made the reservations several weeks in advance, it was not available where I'd requested. I was forced to drive 2 Xs as far as I would have, over an hour each way. When I asked whether there were any closer locations, I could tell the agent didn't really look, he was having me fix his problem, saving U-Haul the $$$ to move the trailer where requested. When I asked for compensation, the agent said he would have a supervisor call, something that never occurred.
