The lady was nice and very quick to get the keys. I was relocated to this location because the original pickup. The person left too early and I couldn't get the keys.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location I initially booked did not have the truck and I didn't find out until 1 hour before the pick up time. Then had to pick up at a location further away and lost 90 minutes of my move day. For the inconvenience, I was offered a $50 rebate but I was charged for the full invoice
Paul SI don't think this location is correctly equipped to handle truck rentals. The staff wasn't able to answer any questions and told me that I'd have to return by 11 (their closing time) or risk not being able to be buzzed through the residential gates of the building. No walk through was done prior and I was charged for a dolly event hough I had not requested one.
Zaid AI did reservation for 10' truck Days before the pickup day. But when I came to the location to pick it up, 10' truck was not available but the 15' truck was there available to pick it up . I said I don't mind to get the 15' because I have to do my moving today otherwise I will lost all my arrangements ( people coming to help me , the building's left reservation.. and so on) The guy Ammar over the phone , decided to cancel my reservation and make new reservation for 15' truck with higher price, instead of give me the 15' truck with the same price.
Michel SThe person who we spoke with to pick up the truck was a woman working in a little store. She spoke with her son on the phone in a non-English language. We had no direct contact with him. This unidentified woman was told by her son to take a photo of my licence. This was not comfortable in this age of identity theft. We were not give the licence plate to know which truck to pick up. The pick up location was an apt complex parking lot. When I returned the truck, I asked the woman to delete the photo of my licence. The whole experience was poorly managed and I would definitely not recommend this location to another.
