The truck was dirty and poorly maintained; the fuel gauge did not correspond to what was indicated on the sheet.
JORGE HI was reserving a 15' truck. Uhaul called me two days ahead and said the location I originally chose is not available and change my pickup location to here. But on the pickup date, there's no 15' truck but only 9' van. I have to spend extra time and travel rounds to finish my moving.
CHI WDO NOT RENT UHAUL FROM HERE! What a regret I have booking a Uhaul from here because they had ABSOLUTELY ROWDY INDIAN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT WITH BROKEN ENGLISH who did absolute vulgar gesture as shown in the picture. I had my Uhaul booked 7-10 pm and he unintentionally refused to check me out, when asked for a receipt as a proof - he denied that too and the arguements led to him doing such ugly gestures and giving filthy sexual threats. Moreover, later they/he intentionally tried over charging my account with a cleaning fee, but I right away complained at Uhaul and got my money back.
EULER RThe passenger door was super hard to open. My passenger couldn’t get out until I opened it from the outside. This is a serious, safety issue. The driver’s door was also hard to open.
