Front desk did not understand when you have a renewable ID that has paperwork entered in the computer made me wait 30 minutes to try to find a different U-Haul place with no vehicle to get there, but was not successful. Called the main management of this facility and he fixed it thank you Sam.

RONALD WWe had issues with our first truck and couldn't get the box open. The customer service people were extremely rude to us on the phone and talked to us like we didn't know how to open a lock. However, once the shop was open they were extremely helpful. If I'm booking, Im doing it directly with them and not the u-haul website or app. The manager of the scheduling department hung the phone up on us. No very appropriate for a company.
CRYSTAL WThe lockbox lock was extremely hard to open. I noticed that the other lockbox had a more modern lock, that would have been nice. There was also no instructions on what to do with the lock, which is more the fault of the app itself. I decided to return the lock to the inside of the lockbox. I hope that was correct. It would have also been nice to have a phone number to call in case of problems. I had trouble with the app and was on hold to Uhaul for 40 minutes. The excessive problems I had with the app and being on hold to Uhaul are not reflected in this location rating. If I was rating Uhaul exclusively, I would give them 1 star for the horrible user experience, including the lost opportunity to include more meaningful information on error messages.
