There were a few questions that could've been asked when I checked in online the day before. Also, I had added another person as a driver when I'd checked in the day before and then when we were picking up the uhaul, it said that there weren't any other authorized drivers, which made the process even longer. I also paid for a dolly but was not given one. Overall, a bad experience.

I couldn't self check myself in to get my key. I had to wait for the store to be open the store didn't open until 9ish even though the store hours says they open at 6. U-haul support was very little help in solving my problem and provided me with a phone number that didn't connect to anything. The truck itself was not well maintained. All in all I was able to use the truck and complete what I set out to do. It just wasn't a smooth ride, pun intended You won't have my business again, peace!!

I had to wait a while to pick up my order because your Driver License reader was being a huge waste of time. Please troubleshoot that beforehand if possible next time.

The truck was dirty it also only had half a tank in it and when we told the man at the cash register he charged us anyway for a full tank of gas we brought the truck back a day early and still didn't get a refund

Would not recommend.. I am being charged a cleaning fee when the back of the truck and inside front of the truck was perfectly clean. I was told I didn't have to sign anything when leaving so I left and now I'm being over charged. My total when I left the place originally was $88.

The clerk did not respond on the chat during check in, and it was cold and windy. He also was a bit out of it when I went to get the key (he may have been high) and acted like he wasn't sure what was going on.
