The initial truck assigned was an older truck with 85K miles, not clean, and had the check engine light illuminated. The site took a picture and then reassigned to a different truck. It was new, 10K miles, clean, and performed very well. There was not a hand dolly there as I reserved so they took it off the rental which required me to buy a dolly for $80. The Car dolly was fine although the ratchets were tough to use due to age and corrosion. The car strapping was frayed so I had to trim the strands to get it through. So this is mostly an equipment condition feedback. The sites staff was polite and competent. Very good service experience. I would recommend the site.
Jeffrey KThe only problem I had was not being able to drop it off in my town that has a UHaul location and to pay a lot more mileage taking the truck back . Where as if I could have dropped it off in my town like I thought I could I would have been exact with the mileage I figured on when renting the truck .
Dale FSales associate was very helpful with what we needed. He did his best to get us out of the facility while taking care of other customers.
Clyde BIt really was not the locations fault. The U-haul system was down. I had to call in to get checked in. The process was over an hour to get checked in. I could have called in sooner and been out much faster. Won't keep me from renting trailers in the future. Very convenient and and well worth the price considering I had it 4 days.
