MATTHEW BHelpful easy drop off, Thanks
Joseph JMy reservation was not fulfilled as expected. On the day of pick up I was initially informed that the truck I reserved was not available. It was then requested that I drive over an hour to pick up the truck. I was able to use the local truck that was on site but had to return it over an hour from my final destination. When I arrived at the location the attendant was aware of the problem and was waiting to hear from UHaul dispatch. None of this was communicated to me ,the customer, at any point in time. When I called the dispatch office I was told that this just happens sometimes. I appreciate a solution was found but I will be looking for other companies to use in the future because the lack of communication and inability to fulfill the actual reservation requests is not acceptable. The customer service at All Indoor Farm Store was top notch and the main issue is the larger dispatching procedure and locations.
