My feedback is not necessarily to the location, but to the overall experience. I picked up my truck after the office hours, so I had to use the app to get the keys, but the app itself was TERRIBLE!!! Very slow, asked me for the same information and pictures multiple times. It took me literally 45 minutes to be able to drive away with the truck. I will never use the U-haul app for any of my future needs. The experience should be as smooth as for example Uber or even any of the car rental apps to the very minimum.
