AMEN AGranted the guy up front was new you would have never guessed. Very polite, friendly, gets things done right. Super appreciated the vets help.
KENNETH NI never received the pin to open the gate in order to enter the parking area the day prior or on the day of my drop-off. Because of this, I backed-up traffic for a couple of minutes because I was not able to pull the truck (26') and auto transport into the parking area since the gate was closed. LUCKLY their was a gentleman driving by who saw I was trying to enter the U-Haul lot that gave me the pin to enter the area. Additionally, the representative I spoke to after I parked the truck and auto transport said "SHE FORGOT" to call me and give me the pin and that she would complete the return online (This was Saturday afternoon). I called back on Monday to confirm that it was complete, she said she didn't get to it and that she will do it now while we are on the phone.
GENEVIEVE MThe customer service department is great, but picking up the truck and even getting the truck was a big mess. The truck had mechanical issues and delayed us returning the truck on time.
