Charles MI had originally expected to have something shipped to me. It wouldn't ship until Monday when I needed it, so Saturday I went to haul it myself. I had my own issues when I arrived at Sunoco. Expired license with a temp license issued piece of paper from the MVC, in a rush, and just flustered to haul something I'd never hauled before. The attendant at Sunoco could have easily said, sorry pal we need a new license as the system originally did not accept my information. Whatever he did, he figured it out and then proceeded to hook up for me the trailer to my truck. I went from almost blowing a gasket to only being able to offer a tip and my sincerest gratitude before zipping on down the road in a new state of ease. Everything worked out hauling the equipment. I returned the uhaul trailer the next day, and a different attendant helped me back in around a tight parking spot, and another disconnect the trailer. Talk about good service! I highly recommend this place for trailers, and I will absolutely be using them again. Thanks Sunoco of 23, and thank you Uhaul.
Michael BConsider offering a translate function for the location to use on their side of your program. The agent managed but I feel the language barrieir slowed him down.
Glenn HIt took a very long time to get the van that was preordered online. From missing keys to a replacement with a broken door, the equipment was not ready for pick up. Very kind gentleman, but the equipment was sorely lacking and the process very inefficient.
