He told me that I had to but only a quarter of a tank then I get charged gas fees I will never go back to this place this is the second time and both times was a bad experience

This is the second time I'm called and had a reservation done and didn't get one. All the first time was didn't have any when I needed it. So I had to change places this time, they swear we didn't call, so luckily they had one cause they wouldn't have ultimately been screwed.
JOHN DI reserved a car transport a month in advance at this location. I was shown the trailer I would be renting. They rented it out the day before I need it. When I showed up for the trailer that I made a reservation for, it was gone. I was told they thought it would be back for me to rent. I was told there was another one they did not want to use. It was down in a ditch or creek bed. The hitch had to be jacked up to get on my trailer ball. Then I was able to pull the trailer out of the ditch. When I drive it for awhile it was clear it was damaged as the drivers side rear wheel was bouncing up and down and shaking my truck. The whole point of reserving the trailer in advance was to avoid problems. It did not work.

KENNETH SI knew that the automatic check in would take some time, but to get through all the steps, it took over 45 minutes. Worst, upon our return, the automated check in process would not accept any of the photos 6 required photos, so we took them again and still failed to get to the next step. We finally called an 800 number and got it all resolved.
